With over 35 years of experience in the Central Texas real estate market, Bruce Cresson is a trusted and respected General Certified Real Estate Appraiser and consultant specializing in commercial, industrial, farm & ranch, and residential property valuations. Bruce started his appraisal career in 1990 at Bridgewood Properties and purchased the company in 2000. Bruce has since brought his two sons, Collin and Patrick and daughter-in-law, Mira, on board at the Bridgewood Appraisal Group.
