As a Certified Residential Appraiser, Patrick Cresson is highly knowledgeable about the Central Texas real estate market focusing on residential and land valuations. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2019, Patrick stayed in Fayetteville and worked in a property management company. As Bridgewood was expanding, he was brought on board to add his knowledge and skills to the real estate appraisal team. With a deep understanding of the local housing market, Patrick provides accurate, data-driven valuations that reflect current trends and neighborhood dynamics. Patrick was raised in Waco, graduated from Lorena High School. When Patrick moved back to his hometown, he met and married his wife, Kimberly. Patrick and Kimberly live in Waco and just welcomed their first child, Noah into the family.
