Building upon the legacy that Bridgewood has cultivated over more than three decades, Collin Cresson formally began his professional career with the firm in 2017. As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, he provides comprehensive valuation and advisory services to a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing financial institutions, legal and accounting professionals, private property owners, and commercial stakeholders.
Collin has developed a reputation for his clear, well-substantiated analyses and his ability to navigate intricate valuation scenarios. He is regularly engaged to provide opinions of value for commercial assets across diverse property types. His professional expertise is underpinned by a deep understanding of the Central Texas real estate market, informed by longstanding relationships with those directly engaged in the region’s daily transactional activity. His work plays a critical role in supporting complex financial and legal matters, including lending, litigation and expert witness testimony, estate planning, property tax appeals, Right of Way proceedings, and investment strategy.
Beyond his professional commitments, Collin shares his life with his wife and fellow Bridgewood team member— and boss—Mira, whom he married in 2015. Together, they are the proud parents of three children who enrich their lives immeasurably. In addition to his family and professional endeavors, Collin is actively involved in his community and serves as a deacon at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Waco.
